As promised-Here is the Part 2 of my plan!

Video marketing, as we discussed in Part 1 gave me an excellent result. It gave me the recognition that I had never even imagined of. One day I was in the mall and I met I was looking at something at some shop. I was just chit chatting with the sales person and then another sales person came. He told me that he has seen me somewhere and then he said that he saw my video on YouTube while he was searching for a legitimate Home Based Business. I was thrilled as I had never had any such experience. I felt like a rockstar J. He then told me that he has tried several Home Based Businesses but he ended up with more expenses than revenue, due to the fact that he did not have enough training and coaching from his mentor. He then said that he visited my website, www.milliondollarresidualplan.com and was anxious to learn more about my business, but wanted to actually speak with the coach (me) personally to make sure he will get proper training and was even going to call me in the day. We had a conversation about the Home Based Business. Today I am coaching and guiding him throughout his journey.

While our discussion went on and on; suddenly I got a call from my wife wondering where was I. This is when I realized that we were chatting since more than 1 hour and discovered that I has so much to say. So then I thought about putting all my ideas and experiences together and share them with my friends, current and future business partners. I started writing articles and went ahead with article marketing.

Article marketing: Article marketing is marketing a business with keyword-focused articles online. It is easy and builds credibility. It also helps build links, which are very important to market a website. These articles can be repurposed into many income streams. Article marketing is tested, proven and works for as long as your article is relevant. Title is the very first and most important part of an article, because this is where you need to grab your reader’s attention. The golden rule is to tell your readers within first three or four words of title on what the article has to offer them. Articles are marketed on websites and blogs, so make sure you follow the rules for writing good web articles. The most important information should be mentioned at the top of the body paragraph. Sentences and paragraphs should be kept short and make a good use of subheadings. In addition, deliver exactly what you promise in your title. If your title says 5 SEO tips, than do not go over or under 5. An average article marketed online is between 250 and 500 words. Another important part of article marketing is the biography of the author. This is where you will be able to show your expertise. You can market your articles on free sites such as EzineArticles.com and GoArticles.com. I use Ezinearticles as it is well policed so it is higher in quality and most trusted article submission site. They do not allow any duplication, so there is no way anyone can just copy and paste your article under their credentials. Once you publish your article on ezine, it will be reviewed by the experts to determine the approval of your article and then it will go live for your audience. People read my articles; some came and joined my business and some went on to the next. But I was looking for some feedbacks and exchanging comments and ideas with my readers. That’s when I found out about Blog Marketing. In addition to the article marketing sites, I started posting my articles on blogs.

Blog marketing: Blog marketing is to market an article or give out information, tips, suggestions, etc. via blogging sites. These are different than the regular websites, due to the fact that they feature daily or weekly posts, usually around a single topic. Search engines love fresh, new contents. When creating a page on static website, search engines recognize that page as a new content. Every new static page gets identified by the bots, such as Google’s bots. With a blog, every single article gets cached by bots and if you post a new blog every day, that’s every day search engines, gets notified for the new page created on a static websites. Blogs allow 2 way communications, of course with control settings. In other words, your readers are able to post any questions or concerns they may have on your posts and you are able to respond to their inquiries effectively. Also, blogs allow creating tags, which is the best way for people to find your blog through keywords. There are two ways you can use Blog marketing, one is to use the blogging sites such as www.blogspot.com and www.wordpress.com or you may create your own blogging site. In other words, decide on a standalone domain name such as mine, www.harpritsinghblog.com or directory of an existing site like the one I have, www.milliondollarresidualplan.com/blog, where I have installed customized blog software, wordpress.  Just like the websites we discussed in Part 1, SEO is very important when creating your own blogging site too. As I was blogging my articles, I started getting comments and questions. As I would respond to them, I would get more and more ideas for my next articles and videos. It’s like a give and take process, I share/give my experiences and thoughts to my readers through my articles and responses and I learn/take their thoughts from their comments, questions and concerns.

Social Networking, Video Marketing, Article Marketing and Blog Marketing are all free marketing strategies which are very effective. After I got success in all these techniques, my mentor suggested me to put my foot into Search Engine Marketing which is paid marketing. Since the day I started publishing ads via Google Adwords, believe me I have been getting tremendous result on the traffic that I see on my site in addition to the growth I have been experiencing in my business since then is just incredible.
